Terms of Service

Last updated 10 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of AuraPharmLab (also called Aura Pharm Lab) and its products, including the PharmaNotes Pro subscription service available at aurapharmlab.com. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

AuraPharmLab is operated by Dr. Harshad Ramineni, an MD Pharmacology resident based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Contact: aurapharmlab@gmail.com.

2. What you're paying for

A PharmaNotes Pro subscription gives you, the named subscriber, the right to read the LAQ (Long Answer Question) and Notes Pro materials available on the site for the duration of your active subscription.

All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change for new subscriptions, but your existing subscription's price is fixed for its current billing cycle.

3. Acceptable use

The content is for the personal academic use of the named subscriber only. You agree NOT to:

Each page you read is watermarked with your sign-in email. If we find leaked content tied to your account, we may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund.

3a. Watermarking notice

Every LAQ page you view embeds your subscriber email visibly across the page. This is intentional. It exists to discourage redistribution and to identify the source if redistribution occurs. Do not screenshot or share the content, even partially.

4. Intellectual property

All content on AuraPharmLab — including LAQs, notes, figures, layouts, and the brand identity — is the intellectual property of Dr. Harshad Ramineni / AuraPharmLab unless explicitly attributed to another source. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to read the content. It does not transfer ownership.

Where content cites or summarises a textbook (Goodman & Gilman, KD Tripathi, Katzung, Rang & Dale, Harrison's, Bolognia, etc.), the underlying medical knowledge belongs to those original authors and publishers. Our editorial work — selection, structuring, exam-shaping, watermarking, and presentation — is what's licensed to you.

5. Sign-in and accounts

Subscriptions are tied to the Google account you sign in with. You are responsible for keeping that account secure. We do not store passwords; sign-in is handled by Google. We store your email address (lower-cased), name, profile photo URL (as provided by Google), and your subscription status.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the specifics on how cancellation works, when refunds are issued, and the cooling-off window for new subscribers.

7. Service availability

AuraPharmLab is operated by a single individual on best-effort terms. There is no guaranteed uptime or response-time SLA. We aim to keep the service available, but planned and unplanned outages may occur. Outages of less than 24 hours are not grounds for refunds. If a longer outage prevents you from accessing content during your billing period, contact us and we'll add the lost time to your subscription or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

8. Changes to the service

We may add, remove, or modify content, features, plan pricing for new subscribers, and these Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your subscriber address. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms — particularly the acceptable-use rules in §3. In such cases, no refund is owed for the remaining period.

10. Liability

The content is provided for educational purposes for medical postgraduate students. It is not medical advice for patients, and clinical decisions must be made on the basis of current guidelines, departmental protocol, and clinical judgement — not these notes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraPharmLab and Dr. Harshad Ramineni are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Direct liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We prefer to resolve issues by email first — please write to aurapharmlab@gmail.com before escalating.
