Short version: cancel anytime, no penalty. Refunds are case-by-case for the first 7 days. Once you've opened paid content, the work is delivered — refunds beyond that are not generally given. The longer version is below.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Two ways:
Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for. So if you cancel a monthly subscription on day 5 of the cycle, you keep access for the remaining ~25 days, then access ends.
Cooling-off — first 7 days, content not yet accessed. If you subscribed within the past 7 days and have not yet opened a single paid LAQ page, email us and we'll cancel + refund the full amount. This is the no-questions-asked window.
Service failure on our side. If our service is unavailable for a meaningful stretch of your billing period (more than 24 continuous hours, or repeated outages cumulating to a similar amount), email us with the dates and we'll either extend your subscription or issue a partial refund proportional to the lost time.
Accidental duplicate charge. If Razorpay charges you twice for the same period due to a payment-flow bug, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate immediately.
After you've accessed paid content. The materials are delivered immediately on access, watermarked with your email, and cannot be "returned" once read. Once you've opened any paid LAQ page, the cooling-off refund no longer applies.
"I subscribed and didn't end up using it." Subscriptions are not pay-per-read; you're paying for access to a body of content during a window. Whether you read it is up to you. Cancel future renewals if it's not working out — but the past period isn't refundable.
Suspension for breach of Terms. If we suspend your account for sharing watermarked content or other violations of the Terms of Service §3, no refund is owed for the remaining period.
Annual subscriptions, mid-year. If you bought the annual plan and decide to cancel partway, you stop future renewals at the end of the year. We don't pro-rate refunds for unused months on an annual plan unless one of the conditions in §2 applies.

We aim to respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically take 5–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
If you have an issue, please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks against AuraPharmLab without prior contact are taken seriously, may be disputed with evidence (sign-in logs, watermarks on accessed pages), and can result in account suspension for the email associated with the chargeback.
