Research Services Terms

1. Who we are

AuraPharmLab is a brand of Harshad Ramineni Content Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, a One Person Company incorporated in India (CIN: U74909MH2026OPC467411), based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In these terms, "we", "us" and "AuraPharmLab" mean that company. Contact: hello@aurapharmlab.com or WhatsApp +91 70214 57010.

2. What each service includes

Each service's page lists what is included, what is not included, what we need from you and the usual turnaround. That description, as it stood when you paid, is part of these terms. Anything outside it is quoted separately before any work on it starts.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, genuine information: your topic, your university's and college's formats and rules, your deadlines, and any data.
• Make sure any clinical or research data you send was collected ethically, with the approvals and consents it needs.
• Send patient data de-identified wherever you can. If identifiers reach us, we remove them before any work.
• Review and understand what we deliver, take it to your guide, and take final responsibility for what you submit.
• Reply to our questions promptly: the turnaround depends on it.

4. Nothing is invented

We never make up data, patients, consent, dates, declarations or references, and we decline any request to. Every reference is checked against PubMed or the full text. Results are recomputed from the raw data wherever we receive it. Objectives, hypotheses, exclusions and statistical tests are never changed after seeing the results in order to reach significance.

5. Turnaround

Each service's page gives its usual turnaround. It starts when we have everything listed under "What we need from you". Turnarounds are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and a delay caused by missing inputs or slow replies moves the delivery accordingly.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on each service's page. A price can change or go on sale, and your order keeps the price shown when you paid. Services marked Pay now are paid through Razorpay on our website. Services whose scope varies (journal manuscripts, the podium package, responses to peer review and the journey bundle) start on WhatsApp: we confirm the scope and send you a secure Razorpay payment link.

The residency research journey bundle is paid in stages, each when that stage starts. Stages not started are not billed. The bundle is personal to one resident and cannot be transferred.

An invoice is available on request.

7. Codes and credits

• One code per order.
• Topic ideas credit: what you paid for Topic ideas is given back as a one-use code, valid for 30 days, towards Start a study or a synopsis. It applies even during a sale, because it is money already paid.
• Coupons can't be used on a service while it is on sale. A coupon may be limited to certain services, a number of uses or an expiry date.
• No code takes an order below ₹500. Codes have no cash value and can't be exchanged.
• If the order that issued a credit is refunded, the credit stops working.

8. Revisions

Comments from your guide, the IEC, university reviewers or the conference on what we delivered are included for 60 days from delivery. Department presentations include two rounds of revisions. A new topic, a changed design, new data or a different format is new work and is quoted separately.

9. Never included

• University, IEC, conference and journal fees, including article processing charges and conference registration.
• Data collection.
• Signatures.
• Printing and binding.
• Paid plagiarism reports your institution requires.
• Uploading to portals, except within Journal submission support.

10. Journal submission support

You log in to your own journal account on a shared screen, and we fill the form with you. We never hold, ask for or store your passwords or OTPs, and we never create an account in anyone's name. Signatures, declarations, the author list and its order, the licence grant and approving the proof stay with you and your co-authors. We tell you what the journal and ICMJE expect about acknowledging writing and submission help and about AI use; the wording is your decision each time.

11. Privacy and patient data

Nothing is uploaded to this website: your inputs come on WhatsApp, by email or through a shared drive. We use them only for your work. Patient identifiers never appear in anything we deliver. Your name, email and phone number, and the details of your order, are kept to deliver and support your order, and are not shared or sold. See also the site-wide Privacy Policy.

12. Cancellation and refunds

• Before work starts: a full refund.
• If we can't take your order on after reading its details: a full refund.
• While work is in progress: a part refund in proportion to the work not yet done, at our reasonable discretion.
• After delivery: because the work is made for you and can't be returned, fees are not refunded; we work with you on revisions instead (section 8).

Refunds are not available for an academic or publication outcome (section 14), for delays caused by missing inputs, or where these terms have been breached. Ask for a refund at hello@aurapharmlab.com with your order reference.

13. Confidentiality and ownership

Your topic, data, identity and the work we make for you are kept confidential. We do not share, resell or reuse your work or data, and we do not show your work as a sample without your written permission. Once you have paid in full, what we made for you is yours to use; our internal methods, templates and tools remain ours.

14. No guarantee of outcome

This is a support service. We do not and cannot guarantee a guide's or ethics committee's approval, a university's acceptance of a synopsis or thesis, a journal's acceptance or publication, a conference's acceptance, statistically significant results, a mark or a degree. Those depend on your work, your guide, your institution and the journal or conference, and are outside our control.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from a service, or for any academic, disciplinary or institutional consequence of how the work is used. Our total liability, if any, is limited to what you paid for that order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Please raise any issue by email first, at hello@aurapharmlab.com.
