  2. Send your inputs

    Share what the service lists under “What we need from you”, on WhatsApp or a shared drive. Nothing is uploaded to this website. The turnaround starts when your inputs are complete.

  3. Delivery and revisions

    We deliver your files in one folder. Revisions to the agreed work are included for 60 days; department presentations include two rounds.

Questions residents ask

Do you follow my university’s synopsis format?
Yes. Each university sets its own format, deadline and fees, and we work to yours. Send us the notification or template and the IEC forms, and we follow them.
What if the university asks for changes?
One revision after the university’s review is included, turned around well inside its resubmission window. Comments from your guide and IEC are included for 60 days from delivery.
Which languages can the consent form be in?
English plus every local language your university or IEC requires, for example English and Kannada at RGUHS, or English, Marathi and Hindi at DY Patil. A third language costs nothing extra.
Who chooses the topic?
Your guide. The guide is responsible for the topic and the scientific content. If you want options to discuss with them, Topic ideas gives you 3 to 5 checked topics.
Is the university fee included?
No. University and IEC fees are paid by you, directly to the university or IEC.
Do you upload the synopsis to the portal?
No. Uploading stays with you. We deliver the files in the form and sizes the portal requires.
